The pictures below just proved how undisciplined Cebuano people are. I don't mean only few, I mean a lot of Cebuano people are so apathetic. Just after the big Sinulog event, after the people had fun, the streets turned out to be a dumping site. Ever since I first witnessed the Festival in Cebu last 2004, people never changed. It's a shame that we have a lot of visitors coming from the different corners of the world, but we don't care for our streets. I just wanted the government officials to do something about it. If other cities can maintain a very clean environment then why can't we? Is it really hard to implement a city ordinance that would disciple the people? Mayor Thomas Osmeña, I know you have observed the dirty street and rivers in the city. I believed that we can still do something about it. I love Cebu and I'm sad to see that people are just so stupid not to care about throwing their thrashes anywhere. If we won't care then who will? Mayor please do something!
